This view on AI I agree with. They won't take jobs away necessarily, only lift up anyone who is willing to use it, and wry enough to master it. While everyone else could remain on the back foot.

Yes, AI may not β€œtake” jobs directlyβ€”but it will widen the gap between those empowered by it and those excluded from its tools. The real danger isn’t in the tech itself, but in who gets access, training, and support. Just like the Industrial Revolution, the winners weren’t just the innovatorsβ€”but those with leverage, literacy, and luck.
